CBL (CLIVE BARFORD LIMITED), a Takeuchi UK dealer based in #Southampton, has recently supplied the Econ Group Ltd's Remediation division with two Takeuchi TB290-2 excavators.
The two new Takeuchi TB290-2 excavators, each weighing 9 tonnes, are equipped with the Xwatch Safety Solutions part of Hexagon XW4 height and slew safety systems, installed by Xwatch engineer Michael Nash. These systems help control the height and slew movement of the machines, keeping them within safe operating limits. This technology is vital for protecting the operators and the environment around the machines, making it an essential part of Econ's safety protocols.
Although these excavators are compact, they are powerful, and working in busy or tight spaces can be risky. The XW4 system, with its advanced safety features, helps reduce these risks by ensuring the machines operate safely within their limits.
